Worthington Industries, Inc. WOR Worthington
Industries, is mainly a diversified metal processing company, focused on
value-added steel processing and manufactured metal products, such as metal
framing, pressure cylinders, automotive past-model
service stampings and, through joint ventures, metal ceiling grid systems and
laser-welded blanks. During 2007, the company had 48 manufacturing facilities
worldwide and held equity positions in seven joint ventures, which operated
another 16 manufacturing facilities worldwide. Worthington Industries has
three chief operating units: Steel Processing, Metal Framing and Pressure
Cylinders. In 2006, Worthington Industries bought 100% of the capital stock
