Williams Companies, Inc. is a natural gas company that primarily finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas. Williams' primary businesses include Exploration and Production, Midstream Gas & Liquids, Gas Pipeline and Power. The Exploration and Production includes natural gas production and development in the United States Rocky Mountains, San Juan Basin and Midcontinent, and oil and gas development in South America. The Midstream Gas and Liquids unit comprises provides gathering, processing, natural gas liquids fractionation and storage services, and transportation facilities. Gas Pipeline comprises interstate natural gas pipelines, as well as investments in natural gas pipeline-related companies primarily delivers natural gas to markets along the Eastern Seaboard, in Florida and in the Northwest. The Power unit provides buys, sells, transports and stores energy and energy-related commodities primarily power and natural gas at wholesale levels.
