other consumable products. Through its TA Instruments Division, Waters
Corporation designs, manufactures, sells and services thermal analysis and
rheometry instruments that are used to predict the suitability of polymers
and viscous liquids for various industrial, consumer goods and healthcare
products. Waters also develops and supplies software-based products that are
used in conjunction with their instruments and are typically purchased by customers
as part of the instrument system. Waters acquired NuGenesis Technologies
