varieties. Tasty's main products are a variety of sponge cakes marketed under
the trademarks, JUNIORS and KRIMPETS, and chocolate covered cakes under the
KANDY KAKES trademark. Tasty Baking Oxford, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary
of Tasty Baking, manufactures honey buns, donuts, mini donuts and donut holes
under the trademark TASTYKAKE. The Company also produces a line of
sugar-free, single-portion cakes and snack bars under the TASTYKAKE Sensables
name.
