manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors and fragrances. The company's main
products include flavors, flavor enhancers and bionutrients;
fragrances and aroma chemicals; dehydrated vegetables and other food
ingredients; cosmetic and pharmaceutical additives; natural and synthetic
food colors; technical colors, inkjet colors and
aftermarket inks, and specialty dyes and pigments, and chemicals for laser
printing and flat screen displays. The operations of Sensient,
except for the Asia Pacific Group, are managed on a products and services
basis. Sensient's two business units are the
