business units: Consumer Products, Industrial Tools and Security Solutions.
The Consumer Products unit manufactures and markets hand tools, consumer
mechanics tools and storage units, and hardware. The Industrial Tools unit
manufactures and markets professional mechanics tools, pneumatic tools and
fasteners, hydraulic tools and accessories, assembly tools and systems, and
electronic measuring tools. The Security Solutions unit is a supplier of
access and security solutions chiefly for retailers, educational, healthcare
and financial institutions, government, and commercial and industrial
consumers.
