Constellation Brands, Inc. is an international producer and marketer of alcoholic beverages with a portfolio across the wine, imported beer and spirits categories. Constellation Brands operates in two business units: Constellation Wines, and Constellation Beers and Spirits. Constellation Wines produces and sells a number of wine brands across all categories, such as table wine, dessert wine and sparkling wine. Constellation Beers and Spirits imports and markets a line of beers, and produces, bottles, imports and markets a variety of distilled spirits. Constellation Brands is a supplier in the United States, a producer and exporter of wine from Australia and New Zealand, and both a producer and drinks wholesaler in the United Kingdom. In December 2004, Constellation Brands acquired The Robert Mondavi Corporation, a wine producer based in Napa, California.
