bar and grill segment of casual dining. Ruby Tuesday also offers franchises
for the Ruby Tuesday concept in domestic and international markets. Ruby
Tuesday restaurants offer American dining emphasizing 13 appetizers,
handcrafted burgers, a garden bar that offers up to 46 items, fresh chicken,
steaks, crab cakes, salmon, tilapia and ribs. Burger choices include items,
such as beef, bison, turkey, chicken and crab. As of June 2007, RTI owned and
