global print provider and a printing company in North
America. It serves customers in the publishing, healthcare,
advertising, retail, telecommunications, technology, financial services and
many other industries. Donnelley & Sons provides solutions in commercial
printing, forms and labels, direct mail, financial printing, print
fulfillment, business communication outsourcing, online services, digital
photography, logistics, color services, and content and database management.
RR Donnelley has three operating units: Publishing and Retail Services,
Integrated Print Communications, and Forms and Labels. In February 2004, the
Company completed the acquisition of Moore Wallace Incorporated. During
September 2004, RR Donnelley completed the shutdown of Momentum Logistics,
Inc. On October 29, 2004, RR Donnelley completed the sale of its package
logistics business.
