Management, Inc., which is a registered investment advisor; Heritage Asset
Management, Inc., which acts as the manager of RJF's internally sponsored
Heritage family of mutual funds, and Raymond James Bank, FSB, which provides
traditional banking products and services to the clients of the company's
broker-dealer subsidiaries and to the general public. RJF operates in seven divisions:
Private Client Group, Capital Markets, Asset Management, RJBank, Emerging
Markets, Stock Loan/Borrow and Other.
