telecommunications, cable television and specialty
services industries. In the company's revenues during the year 2006, 67% was
attributable to electric power and gas customers, 15% to telecommunications
and cable television system operators and 18% to ancillary services, such as
inside electrical wiring, intelligent traffic networks, cable and control
systems for light rail lines, airports and highways, and specialty rock
trenching, directional boring and road milling for industrial and commercial
customers. Quanta's customers include Alabama Power Company, American
