4,600 store retail chain. Brands for Payless include Airwalk, American Eagle,
Champion, Dexter, Tailwind, Disney, Shaquille O’Neal-endorsed Dunkman, ABT
for Spotlights, and designer collections, Abaete for Payless, Lela Rose for
Payless and alice + olivia for Payless. Brands for Stride Rite include Stride
Rite, Keds, Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Tommy
Hilfiger footwear, Hind and Robeez, among others. Brands for Collective
Licensing include Airwalk, Lamar, Vision Street Wear, Sims, LTD, genetic,
Dukes, Rage, Ultra-Wheels and Skate Attack. In August 2007, the company
acquired The Stride Rite Corporation, and changed its name to Collective
