International, Inc. is an international provider of contract drilling and
related services to oil and natural gas companies worldwide, operating
offshore and on land. As of February, 2007, the company owned a global fleet
of 272 rigs, consisting of two deepwater drillships,
12 semisubmersible rigs, 28 jackup
rigs, 16 tender-assisted, barge and platform rigs and 214 land-based drilling
and workover rigs. Pride operates through three units:
