PepsiAmericas, Inc.

PepsiAmericas, Inc. manufactures,
distributes and markets a portfolio of beverage products in the United States, Central Europe and the Caribbean, and has expanded its distribution to include
snack foods and beer in certain markets. PepsiAmericas
sells a selection of brands that it bottles under licenses from PepsiCo, Inc
or PepsiCo joint ventures, which accounted for approximately 90% of its total
net sales in during the fiscal year ended 2006. PepsiAmericas
accounts for approximately 19% of all PepsiCo beverage products sold in the United States.
In some territories, it manufactures, packages, sells and distributes
products under brands licensed by companies other than PepsiCo, and in some
territories it distributes its own brands, such as the Toma brands in Central Europe. In September 2007, the Company
announced that it has formed a joint venture that has completed the purchase
of Agrima. The company owns 20% of the joint
venture.
