Company NFG National Fuel Gas Company is a holding company. National Fuel
Gas is an energy company, which consists of five business divisions: Utility division;
Pipeline and Storage division; Exploration and Production division; Energy
Marketing division, and Timber division. Some of National Fuel Gas Company's
wholly owned subsidiaries include Horizon Energy Development, Inc., which is
engaged in foreign and domestic energy projects through investments as a sole
or substantial owner in various business entities. Horizon LFG, Inc., is engaged through
subsidiaries in the purchase, sale and transportation of landfill gas. Leidy Hub, Inc., was formed to provide various natural
