Noble Corporation is a supplier of diversified services for the oil and gas industry. Noble Corporation performs contract-drilling services with its fleet of 60 offshore drilling units located in key markets globally. This fleet consists of 13 semisubmersibles, three dynamically positioned drillships, 41 jackup rigs and three submersibles. Eight of the Company's jackup rigs and one of its semisubmersibles are capable of operating in harsh environments. Approximately 80% of the fleet was deployed in international markets, principally, the Middle East, Mexico, the North Sea, Brazil, West Africa, India and the Mediterranean Sea at the end of 2004. Noble also provides labor contract drilling services, well site and project management services and engineering services.
