LEN Lennar Corporation is a homebuilder and also engaged in financial services. Lennar's homebuilding operations include the sale and construction of single-family homes, as well as the purchase, development and sale of residential land in which it has investments. Its financial services provide mortgage financing, title insurance, closing services and insurance services for both buyers of its homes and others. Lennar sells largely all of the loans that it originates in the secondary mortgage market.
