Corporation LANC Lancaster Colony Corporation is a manufacturer and marketer of
consumer products with a focus on specialty food products for the retail and
foodservice markets. Lancaster Colony also manufactures glassware and candles
for the retail, floral and foodservice markets, and automotive accessories
for the original equipment market and aftermarket. It operates in three
business units: speciality foods, glassware and candles, and automotive. In
June 2007, Lancaster Colony acquired the assets of Marshall Biscuit Company,
Inc. In March 2007, Lancaster Colony sold substantially all of the operating
assets of automotive accessory operations located in Stock Quotes and Other InformationSearch
