Harris Corporation HRS Harris Corporation is an international communications and
information technology company focused on providing communications products,
systems and services for government and commercial customers. Its operating units
serve markets for government communications, secure tactical radios,
microwave communications and broadcast communications and systems. Harris
Corporation operates in four business units: Government Communications
Systems; RF Communications; Microwave Communications, and Broadcast
Communications. In January 2007, Harris and Stratex Networks, Inc. completed
the merger transaction that resulted in a new company, Harris Stratex
Networks, Inc., which brought together the former Harris Microwave Communications
Division and Stratex Networks, Inc. Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. is a
provider of wireless transmission network solutions with customers in over
150 countries. In June 2007, Harris Corporation acquired Multimax
