HOLL Hollywood Media Corp. is a provider of information, data, news and other content, and ticketing to consumers and businesses covering the entertainment, Internet and media industries. Hollywood Media owns and operates a selection of business divisions focused on the entertainment and media industries. It has six operating divisions. The Data Syndication division provides integrated database information and complementary data services to all media, and includes CinemaSource, EventSource, ExhibitorAds and Baseline/StudioSystems. The Broadway Ticketing business includes Broadway.com, 1-800-Broadway and Theatre.com. The intellectual property business concentrates on book development and book licensing. Hollywood Media also owns and operates the cable television network and Hollywood.com Television. On November 23, 2005, Hollywood Media acquired CinemasOnline.
