no operating business except through direct wholly owned subsidiaries, Hansen
Beverage Company. Hansen Natural Corporation has two divisions, Direct Store
Delivery and Warehouse. Hansen Natural develops, markets, sells and
distributes natural beverage sodas, fruit juices, energy drinks and energy
sports drinks, fruit juice smoothies and, functional drinks, sparkling
lemonades and orangeades, non-carbonated ready-to-drink iced teas, lemonades,
juice cocktails, children's multi-vitamin juice drinks and non-carbonated
lightly flavored energy waters under the Hansen's brand name. Hansen also
develops markets, sells and distributes energy drinks under the Monster
Energy, Lost Energy, Rumba and Joker Mad Energy brand names. It also markets,
sells and distributes natural sodas, sodas with supplements, organic natural
