research and development laboratories. Fisher Scientific offers more than
600,000 products and services to over 350,000 customers located in
approximately 150 countries. No single customer represented more than 3% of
its total sales in the year ended December 2004. In August 2004, Fisher
Scientific merged with Apogent Technologies Inc., a company engaged chiefly
