Properties Trust
EOP Equity Office Properties Trust is a real estate
investment trust (REIT) that owns, manages, leases, acquires and develops
office properties. As of the end of December 2004, Equity Office Properties
owned office properties in 27 metropolitan areas, including its 17 core markets,
which are Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Orange
County, Oakland/East Bay, New York, Portland, San Diego, Sacramento, San
Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, Stamford and Washington, D.C. Equity Office
owns largely all of its assets and conducts largely all its operations
through EOP Operating Limited Partnership. As of the end of 2004, Equity
Office Properties wholly owned or owned partial interests in 698 office
properties comprising approximately 125.7 million square feet located in 18
