DST Systems, Inc. DST DST Systems, Inc. is a worldwide provider of information
processing and computer software services and products to the financial
services industry, telecommunications industry, the healthcare industry and
other service industries. DST operates through two units. The Financial
Services unit’s revenues are derived mainly from remote or full-service
transfer agency or third-party administration product offerings that utilize
DST’s software applications being processed at the company’s data centers.
The Output Solutions unit’s revenues come from presentation and delivery and
archival of customer documents, and are based on the number of statements
