DOV Dover Corporation is a diversified industrial manufacturing company that manufactures a wide range of specialized industrial products and sophisticated manufacturing equipment. It operates in three business units. The Diversified unit builds packaging and printing machinery, heat transfer equipment, food refrigeration and display cases, specialized bearings, construction and agricultural cabs, as well as sophisticated products for use in the defense, aerospace and automotive industries. The Industries unit makes products for use in the waste handling, bulk transport, automotive service, commercial food service and packaging, welding, cash dispenser and construction industries. The Resources unit manufactures products primarily for the automotive, fluid handling, petroleum, original equipment manufacturers, engineered components and chemical equipment industries. The Technologies unit builds sophisticated automated assembly and testing equipment and specialized electronic components for the electronics industry, and industrial printers for coding and marking.
