Con-way Inc. CNW Con-way Inc. provides transportation, logistics and supply-chain
management services for a variety of manufacturing, industrial and retail
customers. Con-way’s main component companies operate in regional and
transcontinental less-than-truckload and full-truckload freight
transportation, truckload brokerage, global logistics management and trailer
manufacturing. Con-way Inc. is divided into three units: Con-way Freight and
Transportation, includes the combined operating results of Con-way Freight
and Con-way Transportation, which provides regional next-day, second-day and
transcontinental freight trucking; Menlo Worldwide, which consists of Menlo
Worldwide Logistics and Vector SCM, LLC, a joint venture with General Motors,
and Con-way Other, which consists of certain corporate activities not
