Commercial Metals
Company CMC Commercial Metals Company manufactures, recycles, markets and
distributes steel and metal products, and related materials and services
through a network of locations throughout the United States and
internationally. The company has five business units: domestic mills, CMCZ,
domestic fabrication, recycling, and marketing and distribution. Commercial
Metals conducts domestic mills operations through a network of four mills
which produce re-bar, flats and small beams; scrap metal processing
facilities that support these minimills, and copper tube minimill. The CMCZ
segment sells rebar mainly to fabricators, distributors and construction
companies. The domestic fabrication unit operates facilities engaged in
