Church & Dwight Co. CHD Church & Dwight Co., Inc. develops, manufactures and markets
a variety of household, personal care and specialty products under brand
names, including ARM & HAMMER and TROJAN. The company operates in three
primary divisions, Consumer Domestic, Consumer International and Specialty
Products. The Consumer Domestic division includes household products for
deodorizing and cleaning, such as ARM & HAMMER baking soda and cat litter
and SCRUB FREE and BRILLO cleaning products, and laundry products. The
Consumer International division primarily sells a variety of personal care
products, some of which use the same brands as the Company’s domestic product
lines in international markets, including France, the United Kingdom, Mexico,
Canada, Australia, Brazil and Spain. The Specialty Products division produces
sodium bicarbonate, which it sells together with other specialty inorganic
chemicals for a variety of industrial, medical and food applications. In
