CAG ConAgra Foods, Inc. is a packaged food company. ConAgra serves grocery retailers, restaurants, other foodservice establishments, and food processors. ConAgra has acquired several brands, such as Chef Boyardee, Egg Beaters, Gulden's, Libby's, PAM and Slim Jim. ConAgra Foods's operations are organized into three divisions: Retail Products, Foodservice Products and Food Ingredients. ConAgra completed the divestitures of the company's chicken business, its United States and Canadian crop inputs businesses, its international crop inputs businesses, other feed and poultry businesses, its fresh beef and pork business; its specialty meats foodservice business; its canned seafood operations, and its processed cheese business.
