BUDAnheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. is the holding company
parent of Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated, a beer brewer. Anheuser-Busch is also
the parent corporation to a number of subsidiaries that conduct various other
business operations. Anheuser-Busch’s operations are comprised of five
principal business divisions: domestic beer, international beer, packaging,
entertainment and other. For the year ended December 31, 2004, domestic beer
contributed 76%, international beer contributed 5.4%, packaging contributed
9.4% and entertainment contributed 6.6% to the Company's consolidated net
sales. Worldwide sales of BUD’s beer brands aggregated 116.8 million barrels
