Biomet's main subsidiaries include Biomet Orthopedics, Inc., Biomet Manufacturing Corp., EBI, L.P., Biomet Europe B.V., Implant Innovations, Inc., Walter Lorenz Surgical, Inc. and Arthrotek, Inc. In June 2004, Biomet completed the merger of Interpore Spine Ltd., formerly known as Interpore International, Inc., with a wholly owned subsidiary of Biomet.
