Inc. ARW Arrow Electronics, Inc. is a global provider of products,
services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic
components and computer products. Arrow Electronics operates in two business
divisions: Electronic components and Computer products. Arrow serves as a
supply channel partner for almost 600 suppliers and 140,000 original
equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and commercial customers. The
company maintains nearly 240 sales facilities and 21 distribution centers in
55 countries and territories. Industrial customers range from OEMs and CMs to
small-engineering firms, while commercial customers include primarily
value-added resellers and OEMs. In April 2007, Agilysys, Inc. completed the
