trailer and specialty original equipment manufacturers and certain after
markets. ArvinMeritor operates in two divisions: Light Vehicle Systems, which
supplies emissions systems, aperture systems and undercarriage systems for
passenger cars, all-terrain vehicles, light trucks and sport utility vehicles
to OEMs, and Commercial Vehicle Systems, which supplies drivetrain systems
and components, including axles and drivelines, braking systems, suspension
systems, and exhaust and ride control products for medium- and heavy-duty
trucks, trailers and specialty vehicles to OEMs and to the commercial vehicle
