communication systems, commercial aerospace and military systems, automotive
and mass transportation applications, and industrial and factory automation
equipment. APH designs, manufactures and markets coaxial cable mostly for use
in the cable television sector. The primary end market for its products
include communication systems for converging technologies of voice, video and
data communications; industrial applications, including factory automation
and motion control systems, mass transportation, medical and industrial
instrumentation, natural resource exploration, automotive applications, and
