During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2005 Andrew Corporation operated its business in five units: Antenna and Cable Products, Base Station Subsystems, Network Solutions, Wireless Innovations and Satellite Communications. In fiscal 2005, Andrew Corporation acquired ATC Tower Services and Xenicom Ltd., a privately held United Kingdom-based provider of software solutions that aid telecommunications operators plan, launch and manage wireless networks.
