Air T Inc.
AIRT Air T, Inc., incorporated in 1980, operates in two business units: providing overnight air cargo services to the air express delivery industry, and aviation ground support and other specialized equipment products. AirT's air cargo operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Mountain Air Cargo, Inc. (MAC) and CSA Air, Inc. (CSA). Air cargo services are provided to one customer, Federal Express Corporation. Aviation ground support and other specialized equipment products are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Ground Support, LLC. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 the AirT's air cargo services through MAC and CSA accounted for approximately 54.6% of the Company's revenues, aviation ground support and other specialized equipment products through Global accounted for approximately 45.4% of revenues.
