Corporation manufactures and distributes agricultural equipment and related
replacement parts. AGCO sells a range of agricultural equipment, including
tractors, combines, hay tools, self-propelled sprayers, forage equipment and
implements, and a line of diesel engines. Agco’s products are marketed under
a number of brand names, including AGCO, Challenger, Fendt, Gleaner, Hesston,
New Idea, Massey Ferguson, RoGator, Spra-Coupe, Sunflower, Terra-Gator,
Valtra and White Planters. AGCO distributes most of its products through a
combination of approximately 3,600 independent dealers and distributors in
