ADP Automatic Data Processing together with its
subsidiaries, is a provider of computerized transaction and payroll
processing, data communication and information services. During the fiscal
year ended June, 2005, ADP had five business units: Employer Services,
Brokerage Services, Securities Clearing and Outsourcing Services, Dealer
Services and Claims Services. In fiscal 2005, ADP acquired Tesoft Automocion
S.A., which provides dealer management systems to approximately 1,500
